LICENSE AGREEMENT

You are granted a non-exclusive, time-limited license to use a copy of the Software on one computer belonging to you. You are not allowed to pass the Software, the license file enabling the use of the Software, or a copy of the Software or the license file to anyone else, or allow other persons the use of the Software on your computer.
WARRANTY
The Software is provided as is, in the hope that it is useful, but without any warranty; without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. senozon is not responsible for any damage caused by the Software.
MODIFICATIONS
You may not modify or adapt your copy of the Software or any portion of it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
COPIES
The Software (including any images, icons, graphics, animations, etc incorporated into the Software) is protected by copyright laws. You may not make copies of the Software except for backups. You may not give copies of the Software to another person.
PUBLICATIONS
Pictures and screenshots of the Software can be used and published, as long as both the MATSim-logo and senozon-logo are visible and readable.
PRIVACY NOTICE
Every time the Software is started, it sends the key contained in the license file to one of senozon's servers. This feature cannot be disabled in the Software and may be used by senozon to monitor the usage of the licensed Software in place of other copyright protection measures (e.g. hardware dongles, activation of the Software and similar).
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement and all business and financial relations between the parties resulting herefrom shall be subject to Swiss law. In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, the competent courts of the Canton of Zurich shall have jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, such provision will be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by law and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
